Are we still the Leaders of Tomorrow

Are Youth still the leaders of tomorrow? Considering the fact that we have many leaders that have been in power still we were little and they are even still in power. A vivid example is our President, pls how old his he again?. Do you think we (youth) are still the leaders of tomorrow
